CPSIA – Shop At Your Own Risk

Well, today is the big day, the CPSIA law has gone into effect.
The “1 year Stay of Enforcement” is exactly that, just a year of not “enforcing” the law. We still have to abide by it.
Cheeky & Swank is going to continue to sell our childrens products, but you must shop at your own risk. Yes, we are selling illegal contraband **Gasp**. Our kids products are completely safe….we just didn’t pay a ton of money to prove to you that our 100% cotton baby blankets don’t contain unsafe levels of lead or phthalates.
We did test a sampling of our products. The items we tested passed with flying colors!
The following styles of our Baby Bibs and Blankets are CPSIA compliant:
Sophie
Luna
Lilac Frenzy
Lauren
Stripe-me-up
City Blocks
Connor
Edward
Everything else is made from very, very similar components (same fabric company, same batch of magnets etc..) but were not tested.
So…..shop at your own risk. They are considered contraband.
