This may be more than you ever wanted to know about me….but I wrote an article for Todaysmama.com about my life’s struggle with depression, grief and overcoming the obstacles by thinking positively.

I’m a true supporter of Cognitive Therapy.

There are many reasons why I started Cheeky & Swank……this article helps explains why.

I admit it was hard to tell my story. But if it can give hope to one person, to help someone hold on or get the help they need, than it was worth it.
